Tuggeranong Masters Swimmers competed in the 9km Sri Chinmoy National Capital swim on December 1 with a couple of their members doing the whole 9km solo.
The swim commences from the boom at Scrivener Dam, and transitions through Weston Park West (near the miniature train), Yarralumla Bay, Commonwealth Park (behind Questacon) and finishes at Grevillea Park.
The NSW Short Course Championships were held at CISAC on the 19/20 October 2013 and Tuggeranong Masters Swimming ACT proved again to be a powerful force in NSW Masters Swimming and showed they can mix it with the big Sydney Clubs gaining first place in the overall Pointscore and also taking out the Relay trophy.
Two members of Tuggeranong Masters Swimming ACT were presented with their Million Metre Awards at the recent Masters Swimming NSW Short Course Championships at the Canberra International Sports and Aquatic Centre.
