Word reaches us that despite an successful trial and three weeks of fitout the Green Room’s tenancy at the Woden Tradies has been terminated.
Because heaven forfend the licensed clubs circa 2012 ever do anything of any value to the community.
Condolences to all those screwed over in this debacle.
BMA are reporting that the trial of the Greenroom music venue in the Woden Tradies has been deemed a success.
As a result they’re going to fit out for a permanent 600 floor load venue, something Canberra has desperately needed for a long time.

Facebook informs that the legendary Greenroom is materialising in the Woden Tradies in March.
If things go well and you all go along it could be around longer!
For the month of MARCH the Greenroom shall take up residence at the Woden Tradies Club and test the waters of live music to incite a new permanent venue.
