ActewAGL are letting people know they think they’ve fixed the damage of the weekend’s storms:

Last night ActewAGL had responded to all electricity interruptions caused by storms on Saturday 26 January.

ActewAGL General Manager Networks Services Rob Atkin said, “Last night crews interrupted the electricity supply to 35 customers in Hawker and 20 customers in Curtin in order to remove trees from powerlines safely. Works were completed and supply was restored to customers by 9.30pm.

“This was the last of the works required to restore supply to customers after the Australia Day storms, which caused interruptions to the electricity supply to over 20,000 customers and damage to several substations, mainly in the north of Canberra.
