Mr Dover was that you with the rather large camera at the top of The Pinnacle last night? I was walking my whippet. Hope it was you – even tweeted that i hoped the pics might end up on ra
I was at the pinnacle at about 5.30 pm last night, I had two dogs with me, (the old blind dog didn’t go with us last night.) I don’t know about a “large camera”, I use a bog standard Canon 450 D, which will, hopefully, be upgraded soon.
Stop me and say hi, if you see me there again.
GG, the clouds have been a photographers dream of late, let’s hope they continue!
Ah I was there a bit after the – about 7 – there was someone sitting at the top of the Pinnacle for quite some time and I imagine they got photos of that spectacular sunset (perhaps they would like to send their photos in haha). It really was a stunning afternoon. You captured it perfectly. And likewise do say hi if you see a red head with a whippet!

Lovely. The clouds have been quite photogenic lately.
Thanks both!

Thanks D!!
The last one makes me want to write brooding, dark poetry, about loss and death and desertion. Well, not really.
But they’re all tops!
Where is this place? It looks like a nice spot.
