Every new building has some teething troubles. At the Arboretum, it seems water is a problem. Also saw gutters and downpipes leaking and eroding the earthworks. It’s a magnificent building and I’m sure they’ll sort it out.

Brilliant. Don’t suppose anyone knows the last time they built a public building in Canberra that didn’t leak?

It’s a problem with the building trade – not with government.
