Yes they beat St George but still came nowhere and may yet win the wooden spoon. Ah for someone to blame?

Perhaps the coach! Fact is that’s been done all year and he is still there.

One looks at other teams that sacked their coach’s all of them were doing better than this bloke, it does make you wonder but again he is the secretary managers brother. Of course no one is suggesting parochialism.

Then again, it would not be right to blame him alone, as it has been often said, that you can not educate mugs and put minds in monuments, (translation) mistake riddled footballers that take the wrong options are awful hard to coach and it don’t matter who you are!

Put the beanie, coat and gloves away there is always next year, wonder will he still be there not so sure I will be!

I’m glad that we haven’t taken the easy option of getting rid of the coach.
I’m no fan of Don Furner as CEO but I think David has been pretty good and deserves at least next year to get the team up there.

The main problem this year has simply been lack of consistency. The Raiders will play 20min blocks where they look like worldbeaters but then they fall into old ways and let in cheap tries.
Not having Campese there has also been a prominent issue and who predicted super dud Orford would be this bad? He’s obviously now well past it.
