That building, and it’s twin, had promise – shame they are in what is now such an unflattering environment.

Interesting comparison. The look is colonial and tropical – Far Pavilions on the Monaro?

Very interesting. Though I think I’ve read they were based on something Italian? Imagine big palms like the ones in Belco down the centre.
