How come we can’t enhance our lovely sights by having windmills on top of them.
Lake George would look squat if we had windmills right along our Brindys.
We could have them from Dunlop down to Tharwa. And there should be a few further west as well.
One real big mother on Mt Franklin, like that statue in Brazil ( or is it Chile ). It could be seen from Civic.
Would sell some postcards.

Because, surprisingly, there isn’t enough of the right type of wind in Canberra.

I love it!

Maybe we could do a giant Jesus whose arms are windmill blades, with an upraised thumb on the end of each a la Buddy Christ. :-)
