Turn which way?

Sheep Groper’s building has issues:

The workers are pretty lax about taking down the signs that temporarily override the one way direction of the lane behind my building. The right turn only sign has been there for a few weeks.

Don’t know the site but I reckon the RIGHT TURN ONLY sign is facing the wrong way. It should apply to vehicles exiting from the roller door in the background.
