Canberra Dramatics is pleased to bring you a play written by a local playwright. When He Was Famous is about an actor, Robert Taylor, America’s favourite B-list celebrity.

His abilities to pull, to drink and to forget his less palatable actions are matched only by his inexplicable ability to schmooze his way out of just about anything (such as crashing a stolen Corvette into a Mexican restaurant on Sunset Boulevard).

Luckily, his agent has everything under control and Robbie is about to meet the woman who will change his life forever (or at least for the next week).
