ACT Policing is seeking witnesses to a hit-and-run involving a motorcycle and a police officer on Lewis Luxton Avenue, Gordon this morning (2 December).
About 1.20am, police were patrolling in the Gordon area when a black motorcycle came to the attention of police. Police intercepted the motorcycle and directed the rider to stop.
The rider failed to comply with the police direction and then fled the area.
Police believe the motorcycle pictured was the vehicle involved in the hit-and-run.
