Hello all,
I would like to tell you about a fun fundraiser that is occurring on 19th, 20th and 21st of August in the foyer of the the Canberra Hospital starting at 8am and finishing on the Thursday at 10am.
I with lots of help from others we will be attempting to gain the World Record for the Longest Marathon Drawing Caricatures [individual]. The record is currently held by Gary Javier from Puerto Rico who drew for 48 hours in 2011. We are hoping to draw for 50 hours.
Now with everyones help we can get the record for Canberra, promote the ‘gentle’ art of Caricaturing, provide all those that want one a Caricature and because the good folks at the hospital are helping us with their venue, also raise some money for the Canberra Hospital Foundation.
