Retro, classic and single speed bike Swap meet

Come down to 3 Rosevear Pl in Dickson, Canberra (the canberra bicycle museum) on the 11th of april from 4pm onwards for a retro and classic swap meet.

An expo of classic, retro and single speed bikes from dragsters to custom-built and more! Bring your classic bike down for a `show and shine`

Got a bike to sell? Parts to swap or sell? bring your cycling bits and pieces and swap till you drop

Also check out the bikes that logo cycles have for sale in the canberra bicycle museum basement.

There will be people there who can help answer any question you have to do with your bike or bits.

It will be a great afternoon for anyone into bikes

come on guys we are trying to organise a fun afternoon for bike enthusiasts, not start an argument or anything like that. We hope that people with common interests to ours come down and enjoy a good after noon.

There are some cool bikes out there but some of the prices are questionable IMO.

Did anyone end up stumping the info about who is getting the money for the collection? It sounds as though it was very much a heartfelt, “public good” exercise. Logo cycles are to be condemned if they acquired the bicycles very cheaply (Trade Practices Act could cover an expert buyer taking advantage of a naive seller) and are flogging them off at maximum market prices. Transparency please!
