Elite Physique hosts Battle of the Gyms’ to help sick kids

The Goodyear Autocare battle of the Gyms’ is a power-lifting competition hosted at Elite Physique this coming Saturday, 19 September at 10:00am. Since 2007, Elite Physique has hosted this amazing event with great public support.

See some of Canberra’s strongest residents, including Billy Giampaolo, the current Australian record holder for the dead-lift compete at the squat, bench-press and dead-lift.

Billy, the owner of Elite Physique will once again be performing his famous and generous charity dead-lift – where $1 dollar for each kilo lifted will be donated to the Canberra Hospital Paediatrics Unit (PatCH).

This year, even larger numbers of both, competitors and spectators are expected to attend – making it a fun day for everyone as well as benefitting a very worthwhile cause.

The competition will start at 10:00am with half of each spectator entry fee donated to PatCH. After the competition, the barbeque will be pulled out for a sausage sizzle between 1:00 – 2:00pm.

Elite Physique offers a wide range of classes and fully personalised programs for everyone. Whatever the goal, Elite Physique will help you be the best you can be.

Pricing for spectators: $5.00.
