Two men will face the ACT Magistrates Court today (Monday, May 21) charged with sexual assault offences.
Police will allege the two men sexually assaulted a 16-year-old girl in the early hours of Friday morning, May 18, after she fell asleep in one of the their units in Griffith.
The two men were arrested on Saturday (May 19) after Criminal Investigations detectives executed a search warrant at the unit.
A 39-year-old Griffith man was charged with sexual intercourse without consent and act of indecency without consent.
The second man, a 41-year-old from Griffith, has been charged with two counts of sexual intercourse without consent.
Both men will face the ACT Magistrates Court this morning.
