“later life” what, death throes?

; )

The Canberra Air League used to be pretty popular, and well-run. Fed a few kids into the various forces when they left school, too.

Wow you guys are all extremely disrespectful…

I was in the Naval Reserve Cadets when I was younger and I would recommend it to anyone with teenagers.. Teaches them disipline. And teenagers these days could do with some, instead of hanging around shopping centres every Friday night

in the navy / you can sail the seven seas
in the navy / you can get down on your knees…

“Adventurous enjoyment in a military setting” could mean just about anything.

what sort of half-ars’d military won’t let you fire weapons and kill people?? after all, it says ‘…in a miltary setting.’

sheesh, someone oughta write a letter…

join the army. travel the world. meet interesting people. then shoot them..?
