We found it odd in our household when Ms 21 got an envelope on her 21st birthday, marked as sent by Giulia Jones MLA, containing a card with “Giulia Jones MLA” on the front, a perky “Giulia with a G” stamp on the back and a hand scrawled “Happy Birthday (name)! From Giulia Jones” inside.
Given the complete lack of any political content, does it still qualify as a legitimate use of postal allowance?
No wonder our rates are tripling…
