As reported by ABC News Online and the SMH it is believed that a serial sex attacker has been attacking women since 2002 in the Northside areas of Canberra.
Police are calling on everyone to lock their windows at night and to report if they see anyone acting suspiciously.
Considering that one of the attacks was on a neighbour of mine who was seriously hurt, I am deeply concerned that this animal is still out there and is sadly gaining more confidence in his attacks as they are becoming more frequent. So everyone please keep your eyes and ears open for this man.
