Secret Message along the side of LBG

Today as I was walking along the edge of LBG, I noticed that the ‘tombstones’ that have the Australian’s of the Year on them are not straight. It also appears they have been laid on a special ‘mat’ that creates what looks like sheet music.

Google reveals nothing.

Does anybody know anything about this ?

Alternatively, can anybody read sheet music and decipher it for ASIO preselection ?

our national anthem? eagle rock?? cool, daddy!

Since most of the AFP are in the triangle presently, he could have just stationed himself at that section of the bridge.

And I don’t believe in thetans. In my religion, it is called midichlorians.

@CanberraResident – I’d guess it starts at the Parliamentary Triangle corner of Commonwealth Avenue bridge, for about 200metres, along the lakes edge.

200 metres? Get stirfed. I’m not walking 200 metres. The only thing that prompts me to walk to my mailbox is the Dominos junk mail pamphlet …

Next time I’ll keep my questions to a minimum.

“Austlarians orr ret farce rejuice for we are one and fleee …..

Put down the fork, and go for a 200 metre roll, Maelinar can, and so can his thetans.

VB, ah yes … that makes sense … thanks.

So then, not having seen this secret, and not being able to open the pdf, and not having the time nor patience (especially over the coming days!) to go to the lake, can someone provide an accurate description of this work of art in inverted commas?

How many words are there, and what are those words?
How big is it? Metric please.
Is it groovy or is it tacky?
Is it a waste of taxpayers money or have recycled materials been used?
Is is something I could easily trip over and claim compensation for?
Or are there hazard signs in the vicinity?
What is its purpose?
Do you think international visitors know what it is?
Is there a description plate? If so, what is it made of?

That kind of thing. Anyone? Please?

Yes, I have an unusual desire to know and understand all things trivial.

Turn me on, dead man.

If you ride the wrong way you’ll have to sing it backwards … sea by girt is home our …

I think it’s in front of the National Library??

regarding the link posted by eyes (thank you) … Isn’t it cool how they managed to make the fancy Coat of Arms into a favicon? Anyway … I couldn’t get the pdf file to open. Went straight to the site – still nothing.

I’m intrigued … might go down and have a look, but I have no idea where it is coz map won’t open. Where is the secret Maelinar speaks of?

Chaton’s right.

If you’re on a bike you can sing along as you pass.

Even so it makes me cringe, give me a group of flagpoles any day.

And some of those Australians of the year have fallen from grace or are just so ghay.

maybe it looks like the music for the national anthem if you played it.
