Have had covid, it was an annoying head cold, but all done in 2 weeks and I now have lifetime immunity since my body got rid of it.

Just let it go through the community , everyone get it, and move on.

Yes there will be people who will get it worse than others, but many people have bad flus each year too, and sadly the flu kills people as well. If you put flu deaths next to covid deaths, the flu wins.

I think people need to just be grown ups, stop jumping at shadows and move on. Besides, if 95% of people have been triple vaxxed, logically what do they have to fear?

The main problem with the let er rip approach is the mutation rate and risk of a deadly variant. The more people with it basically every is a sub sub variant.

Gooterz, as viruses mutate they actually become less and less deadly to the host so we actually want it to mutate faster so the evolutionary pressure is there for it to become just a normal cold virus like the other 5 corona viruses out there.

@stevew77
Lifetime immunity from COVID because you have previously had it? Really? Do you know something that the epedemiologists don’t?

JS, yet there are those out there believing the vaccine will give you lifetime immunity as well. Try 28 days, and for the OG strain… which is less protection than catching it naturally.

Yep, just like measles, mumps, etc.
Our immune systems are pretty clever. God is smarter than us…..

OK, thanks for the clarification – you are just another self-proclaimed expert (with a bit of divine input).
