The ABC broke the news that the ACT Planning and Land Authority (ACTPLA) had failed to include restrictions on the Section 63 site when sending an agreement document to Leightons and Mirvac.
The problem has been put down to a lack of version control.
On the radio this morning Andrew Barr was obviously not a happy camper and announced he had sent invigilators from Ernst&Young to look at what ACTPLA is doing to insure document integrity.
Having spent a year in the Illawarra I get very nervous when ‘human error’ brings windfalls to huge developers.
