Can anyone recommend a reliable local company to do an annual service on a Daiken Reverse Cycle ducted system?

I don’t want to use Climate Master due to a previous poor experience.

I cannot speak more highly of the team at Delta.
The immediate understanding and flexibility to fit us in when I explained our emergency leakage situation meant that we were able to use our air con by the end of the 36 degree day, and their active research and flexibility meant that we had a permanent fix within one week.

Phil, Stu and our tech Logan for made sure our air con was back to was critical because our dog has a severe heart condition that needs him to keep cool.

While not necessarily the cheapest, with slightly higher hourly rate than the other 6 air con companies that I called, their flexibility (fitting us in between scheduled jobs) was well worth the tiny premium.
Logan was punctual for both of our appointments and very neat and considerate.

So I ended up getting out Capital Air for the Service http://www.capitalair.com.au/

Everything was good, guy was on time, knowledgeable, answered my questions and fixed my issues. Parts were a little steep but worth it for the convenience of getting it taken care of. System now whisper quiet and running effectively. Genie, their call out prices are on their website.

The only thing that got on my tits was the 2% fee for using a credit card to pay. But that was explained when i booked. Overall, I will be using them again.

how would skywhale feel?

Thanks guys, there was a bit of a delay in this request being published so i took a stab with another company – they are coming tomorrow so I will report back.

Any chance you guys wish to share a ballpark figure if what it cost you ?

My heater badly needs servicing to fix a fault – but so far no one will give me an estimate of costs until they’re on site. Included their call out fee which has to be paid there and then.

The guys at Scania have always been helpful and knowledgable for our needs.

Yeah, Scania build some great trucks – I’m not sure about their air-con though……………..

I think you might mean Scandia? 🙂

These people installed our Daikin and I was happy with their service. They might be able to help you.
