All children in the eyes of the church?

Australian Catholic University

Some might think a school zone surrounding a university, as found on Phillip Avenue Antill Street next to the Signadou campus of the Australian Catholic University is a bit much.

But surely a “children crossing” for supposed adults is just humiliating?

What’s Your opinion?

If I was a child crossing a road near any Catholic institution, traffic would be the last thing I’d be worried about!

The Union candidates for “Stimulate”, the proxy-Labor movement at ANU were handing out condoms in Union Court to promote their campaign. Believe me, we need these signs over at ANU ASAP!

Would have expect a livestock crossing sign instead. For the sheep.

yeah, it is for Rosary Primary. But I have often wondered whether I HAVE to stop for adults who use that crossing 🙂

…Because there’s a preschool and primary school on either side of Sigadu in addition to the Walking Bus program through Ainslie & Watson?

That crossing’s actually on Antill Street, and is for the attached primary school as mentioned above.

I would consider a graduate in the work force as an embryo. Undergrads, well…

Nice post!

But, I think you will find the crossing is more for the kids at the adjacent Rosary Primary School.

But yes, we are all children in the eyes of God. Even university students!

I suppose they are ‘Children of God’. A little texta addition to the sign and it’s all fixed!
