ACT Policing has arrested an 18-year-old Kambah man following an aggravated burglary last week.
Between 5.30pm Thursday, August 2 and 5.30pm Friday, August 3 offender(s) gained entry to a classroom at St Thomas Apostle primary school, Kambah.
A teacher at the school noticed several items had been taken from the room.
At 9am this morning (Tuesday, August 7) police executed a search warrant at the man’s residence in Kambah.
Police will allege they found items in his possession matching the description of items taken from the school.
He has been charged with aggravated burglary and theft offences and will face the ACT Magistrates Court tomorrow where bail will be opposed.
