ACT Policing’s Criminal Investigation detectives have arrested and charged a 35-year-old Amaroo man for sexual assault offences.

Police will allege the man sexually assaulted the victim, a 29-year-old woman in his vehicle, a black Holden Calais, at an unknown location, believed to be near a red brick building with temporary fencing around the perimeter in Gungahlin during the early hours of last Wednesday (August 1).

ACT Policing is urging anyone that may have seen a black Holden Calais driving around Gungahlin around 4.00am last Wednesday, or parked near a red brick building with temporary fencing in the Gungahlin area to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
