In the Supreme Court Justice Neild has been demonstrating his intriguing knowledge of cattle prods to sentence the sad case of Amjad Ayoub for carrying a Taser out on the town in breach of his bail for his plethora of other offences, including knife crimes.

A bit of a slow learner, who likes to get in fights, and seems to be in an arms race, Amjad is going to be doing periodic detention for the next three months.

We’ll see how he goes sticking to the conditions of his release.

Check out this lying scumbag’s brother is a robber:L

http://www.canberratimes.com.au/act-news/teen-remanded-over-string-of-club-thefts-20120426-1xoab.html

Thye funny thing is the reason they’ve denied him bail:
The court heard the Dunlop man committed the crimes to feed an addiction to methamphetamine and there were fears he would flee the country if granted bail.

Geez, you wouldn’t want this rubbish leaving the country never to come back now, would you….

(18) The offender has not shown any remorse for having committed the subject offence. Indeed, he lied when denying that he possessed the taser in the hope of being found not guilty of possessing it. When giving evidence, which he affirmed to be true, he was asked by his counsel:
“Now, in terms of that black taser, had you seen that item prior to being ? ? ?????No.? ? ? shown it by the police officer????No.
Have you had that item in your possession at any stage????No.”
and then by the Crown Prosecutor:
“And as you were falling, you knew that you had the taser in your pocket didn’t you????No.
As you were falling, you put your hand in your front right pocket of your jeans and took out the taser didn’t you????No.
And as you were falling you threw that taser into the gutter????No.”
yet, he told the author of the pre-sentence report that:
“Mr Ayoub alleged the taser described in the current offence had been brought to Australia from Thailand by somebody he knows, and given to him. He alleges it to be of lesser quality, and likely to emit a lesser electric shock, than similar such weapons used legally by some authorities in Australia.”
and that:
“Mr Ayoub claimed he carried the taser on the night of the offence for self-defence but had no cause for its use.”
It is beyond argument that I cannot rely upon the word of the offender.

That’s a bit harsh i believed every word he’s definitely been framed!lol
