The Herald Sun is running Trish Crossin’s take on her political execution by Prime Minister Gillard.
There are a few remarkable things in there.
It’s bizarre the Prime Minister’s Office wouldn’t have taken the trouble to find some role somewhere for a Senator surplus to requirements.
But perhaps most ominous for Canberra is the sense that Ms Gillard doesn’t seem to have much hope of winning the election in September:
Ms Crossin said Ms Gillard again insisted it was about her “legacy” as Labor leader.
I hope your change of government briefs are up to date. If not better get cracking.
