Hello all.
I have a small bathroom (shower, bath and vanity) in need of an overhaul. Top to bottom job (previous owners DIY’d their skylight to limited success), tiling needs to go all the way up, and I want a shower/bath combo rather than the two separate. I’ve got an inkling there’s already some water damage in one wall and possibly some termite damage (whole other story) so not a lot of the existing structure is likely to be kept.
I’m in Weston Creek if that’s relevant; townhouse is a ’86 build although I think the bathroom had a face-lift in (I’d guess) the late ’90s.
