Aussie Farmers Direct provides a most substantial home delivery service, including milk, right across Canberra. I used them regularly for three years when I lived in Melba and my local shops required a long hilly climb and I was travelling. I do not use them now only because I moved and am walking distance to my local shops. I never had any problems whatsoever with the quality of their goods and they even provided a zip up bag which I used to put out with a couple of ice bricks, and they always left things in the shade during summer.

I miss having a milko. The last place I had one was Charnwood, though that was 15 years ago. It was great being able tto eun out the front and grab eggs or cheese off the truck.
