It’s all the original cast too, is it not? It makes me happy, Red Dwarf harkens back to a golden era for British comedy, I wonder if any of their contemporaries will get a reboot too. Not likely, but still.

It sure is a pity I haven’t downloaded the first few episodes thru bittorrent, because if I had I’d be able to tell you that content-wise, it is just as good as the original series’ and just a touch better visually. Such a shame, really.

I was dreading the new series, but the UK reviews have been quite favourable. I just don’t want Red Dwarf wrecked retrospectively. Backwards world style?
