ACT Policing has finalised its investigation into the alleged public order offences by protestors which took place at The Lobby restaurant on Australia Day, January 26.
No prosecutions will be pursued in relation to this matter.
The investigation into the Australia Day public order incidents was separate to an AFP investigation of alleged disclosure of event details, which has previously been finalised.
