About HarryHoang

In 2005, I came to Australia to experience one of the best education systems in the world, and subsequently fell in love with the country’s legal system, democratic institutions, warm and friendly people, as well as the stable and efficient business environment.

I have always harboured a passion for creating a successful enterprise, and I am proud to say that I have achieved this goal through Tailored Accounts. Since starting out in 2009, Tailored Accounts has grown from strength to strength, even in the economic downturn. I attribute this success to my strong academic foundation and experience in bookkeeping and accounting.

Just as importantly, I have learnt how to build on my acquired knowledge and put them into practice. I value having a team of high quality staff to support me in my business endeavours. I ensure that my employees receive regular in-house training and support them in their personal development goals. Having employees who are up-to-date with current accounting trends and soft-wares is crucial for a healthy business.

In 2014, Tailored Accounts was one of five finalists in the 2014 Telstra Australian Business Awards for small businesses. In the same year, the firm was also declared as one of three Canberra BusinessPoint Awards finalists for the ‘High Growth’ category. Such recognition stems from our clear goals and direction. At Tailored Accounts, we aim for excellence in everything we do. We provide customers with professional advice and services, as well as added benefits to help them grow their businesses to be sustainable in the long run.

If I were to sum up my business approach in a single phrase, that would be – ‘If you want to do something, make sure you are good at what you are doing’. I would love to connect with anyone who shares the same belief.
