They help people, whether the person deserves it or not. If that means that occasionally they need to call Police for help and make a piece of shit wait 10 minutes before they get help, because of something they did to the ambo’s last time, then so be it. It’s called consequences to actions, you don’t like it, move to Syria and find out how hard life can be.
