Potts Lawyers are telling the world about how they obtained a suspended sentence for Canberra roof contractor, Lee Moraschi.
A PROMINENT Canberra businessman flew to Brisbane with two employees to inflict a beating on his estranged wife’s new lover – a newly arrived Afghan refugee – using baseball bats, a court has been told.
The Brisbane District Court was told Lee Moraschi, who claims to be the ACT’s largest roofing contractor, used a private investigator to hunt down Mohamed Ibrahim for “rooting” his wife and then beat him at his Everton Park home, on Brisbane’s northside, on March 12 last year.
The court was told Moraschi, a father of three, convinced two of his employees to travel to Brisbane and assault Mr Ibrahim during a night of heavy drinking when the plan ”sounded like a good idea at the time.”
