This is very sad – i eat there often, and its a great restaraunt. However, the thing that made it great was the staff – the service was always excellent, and so was the food. Even if the physical premises are gone, that work ethic and skill in the kitchen can live on. I hope they rebuild – soon.

I’m sure they’ll reopen once the insurance claim has been processed and they can find the labour to do the work. The latter might be a bit of a wait though with all the building going on right now.

Is it just me, or have we had significantly more than the average number of notable fires lately?

First the insulation place in Fyshwick, then the services club, then the Diamant and now this place.

And school holidays don’t start until next week.

Are those damn pink batts are sneaking into every roof?!? I’m telling you, remove your insulation before it’s too late!
