Rugby365 is running rumours that the bright lights of Canberra are luring the massively over-hyped James O’Connor from Melbourne to play with our Brumbies.
The rumours are building that Melbourne Rebels star James O’Connor could be leaving the battling franchise for the bright lights of the capital city and the Brumbies.
The Australian media has linked O’Connor with a move to the table-topping Brumbies, but he insists that he is unaware of these rumours.
It’s hard to see what he would add or how we could afford him.
UPDATE: Brumbies supremo Andrew Fagan has tweeted a distinct lack of interest in O’Connor:
