Warning Summary
Severe Weather Warning for Damaging Winds.
Small Boat Alert for Canberra Lakes.
Sheep Graziers Warning.

Current Weather Situation and Future Developments
An intense cold front will bring windy conditions today with some rain and a possible thunderstorm developing this afternoon. In the wake of the front a ridge of high pressure will bring a return to fine conditions during Tuesday that will continue through to next weekend.

Forecast for Monday
Rain developing during the afternoon with the chance of a thunderstorm. Fresh to strong northwest winds, possibly reaching gale force at times, winds tending westerly later and easing overnight

Rained a bit out Fyshwick way a few hours ago. But checking the radar now it looks like there’s some action out at Tumut. This storm will reach us without doubt…

Actually, I figured it was the sheep graziers you had to watch out for. The sheep are quite soft, really.

actually, wagga radar shows far more instability than canberra radar. it may hit us afterall.
