This in from BMA Bossman Allan Sko:

A very good day to you, my dear John.

I hope this missive finds you in excellent spirits.

The purpose of this email is to personally invite your good self to the BMA Magazine At Street Level Exhibition launch. We have a proud 21 year history of murdering trees and pedaling poisonous ink, and we’re celebrating this fact with a veritable abattoir of factoids and treasures from Canberra’s clubbing past.

It’s all happening at Canberra Contemporary Art Space (CCAS) at Gorman House Arts Centre on Friday March 22 from 5:30pm. And to get the important matter out of the way yes… There will be free booze.

As well as showcasing every BMA in the magazine’s 21 year history, we are also assembling over 1000 pieces of memorabilia from various venues, promoters and tastemakers past and present to give a panoramic snapshot of Canberra’s entertainment/arts/music history.

Would be great to have you there old bean, and please feel free to bring friends and fellow Riot-Actors. And if you could see it in your heart to mention it in that fine webby-majig of yours, that would be magic (more details attached, if that helps).

Thanks mate. As always, love your work.

Allan
