I would guess that the ability to pose consequences probably depends upon the existence of the frontal lobes. However, I could be mistaken.

From the sounds of the description of the offender, i wonder if the girls reported this to the police after they got up off the ground from rolling around laughing at him. But really, who does this anymore? Would he have high self esteem or low self esteem?

I don’t necessarily think it’s far off the pathetic leering and whistling I see many a tradie offering women as they drive by with 3 of them squeezed into a truck.

I’ve always wondered what they think is going to happen. Some young lass actually walks over to the truck and says “oh yeah, you’re on boys – let’s go, I’ve been waiting for some lads to come by and pick me up so we can get it on”.

Yes, the mind boggles…

Sounds like a real catch!

Which is probably exactly why he’s exposing himself to a bunch of 13 year old girls in Phillip. Mind you, jeans don’t seem the likeliest attire for someone who was planning on doing a bit of recreational flashing. I wonder if he just saw the girls and decided that he’d better spontaneously flash them?

The mind boggles …
