Boot Camp in Canberra

Anyone interested in doing Boot Camp in Canberra tonight?

Dan and James from Professional PT are running another month of boot camp, reasonable prices at reasonable hours.
12 sessions for November on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at Reconciliation Place (the grass bowl by the lake in front of Questacon)
Starting at 5.45 PM tonight and going for an hour, that means no stupidly early starts.
The price this month is $80 with a friend or $95 full price.

No yelling or screaming, its about exercise and learning to exercise right.

[From Che] – For anyone interested who wasn’t available on Monday they’re happy for people to join in on Wednesday evening. Considering most BootCamps cost around $260 and start at 6 AM these guys only cost $95 and start at a reasonable hour after work.

I got Jazz to put this up because I’m doing the course and they needed a few more people to keep going and I didn’t want to miss out.

They’re happy for people to start from Wednesday if anyone is thinking about joining in but wasn’t ready for the short notice today.

Considering that most BootCamps start at 6 AM and cost $260 I thought the idea of starting at 5.45 PM and paying $95 was too much of a bargain for me to miss out on.
