Facebook brings word that you too can get your zombie on with like minded folk this November.

Welcome to the first annual Canberra Zombie Walk.

Zombie walks have been spreading across the globe for several years, raising awareness and support for various charities, and now the infection is spreading to Canberra.

As with other cities in Australia, the Canberra Zombie Walk will be supporting the brilliant work of the Brain Foundation.

The Brain Foundation is dedicated to funding world-class research Australia-wide into neurological disorders, brain disease and brain injuries.

So lather yourself in blood, let the rot set in and help spread the infection for this great cause.

A rehearsal for the Zombie Apocalypse? A timely reminder that I need to check the food and ammo in my bunker…

Frick this! I’m coming with a cricket bat and LP records.

Lucky they didn’t hold this event in the parliamentary triangle, nobody would be able to tell the difference.

Of course they would for the zombies have actually got a personality..

(yeah, it’s a cheap one but a good one).

More importantly, the Zombies would starve.
