ACT Fire & Rescue has extinguished a fire in a ground floor apartment on Ijong and Ipima Streets, Braddon.
Crews are currently conducting ventilation and air monitoring operations.
Approximately 30 people have currently been evacuated from the three storey complex.

ACT Fire & Rescue are currently ventilating the stairwell area.
ACT Ambulance Service intensive care paramedics are also on scene supporting operations with no injuries reported.
