Newsradio have just reported that a 34 year old Braddon man was arrested last night and has been charged with making 9 bomb threats over the last few days.

And sadly the wrong age and gender to be CrazyChester.

UPDATED: The ABC now has more on this.

An investigation involving the Australian Federal Police’s (AFP) Joint Counter Terrorism Team led to the arrest of 34-year-old William Thomas Kempthorne at a Canberra Internet cafe last night.

He has been charged with nine counts of emailing bomb threats to various organisations since Tuesday, causing the evacuation of a Canberra cinema and a government office.

Apparently it was his idea of a joke.

hmmm

It’d be a step up from the wrist-slap he’ll probably get…

Turkey-slapping would be a little below Stanhope; but I’m sure Simon or Andrew would oblige.

Stanhope could turkey-slap the bloke.

I’m pretty sure that fits the bill for cruel and unusual, Mr. Evil.

Have him flogged, sure – but that’s just fucking sick.

I think his sentence should include being thrown into the BB House, but with no way of him being voted out!

I thought that was his only demand

A noble one at that

believe it or not, one of his demands was for Big Brother to be taken off the air

Brilliant!!

The demand:
A million bucks? No
Freedom for Ali Baku Bashir and associates? No
Take Big Brother off air? Yes
