Yum yum. The game shop at Fyshwick Markets used to sell all this great bush stuff – wallaby, possum sausages, crocodile kebabs, rabbit, venison and of course kangaroo. Went there recently and all they had were chicken sausages and kangaroo – stuff I can buy at the local Coles or Woolies. A bit sad really.

Possum? Tastes a bit like a cross between a Lyrebird and a Koala. Yum

But with out the fishy taste that platypus has?

More like corroboree frog than platypus.

Hope he catches an echidna that day … mother nature’s handy-dandy toothpick dispenser.
