Two things from the ESA over night you might have been wondering about.

First was a gas leak at Kippax:

ACT Fire Brigade carried out atmospheric monitoring and found no evidence of toxic gas, although some depleted oxygen levels for a short time.

Staff evacuated approx 50 people.

ACT Ambulance Service intensive care paramedics assessed 12 people on scene, none required transport to hospital.

Operations took approx 45 mins.

Time of Emergency Triple Zero call (000) 6:56pm.

Two ACT Fire Brigade pumpers, the Hazardous Materials unit and Breathing Apparatus support vehicle attended the leak.

And then they had a fire in Lyons:

Fire has been extinguished.

Surely the time stamps in the Lyons fire are wrong (Hopefully).

It would appear that it took an hour and four minutes (00:21 – 01:25) for them to attend??? No wonder the fire had been put out before they got there…..

Somebody – tell me it isn’t true.
