ACT Fire & Rescue are currently on scene at a residential fire in a four bedroom home in Ince Street, Calwell.
Three fire pumpers and a command vehicle are currently on scene. Firefighters arrived at the scene to find the property well alight, firefighting efforts are currently underway.
ACT Ambulance Service intensive care paramedics are also on scene and have treated one patient for minor smoke inhalation.

Firefighters have now extinguished the blaze and are continuing to monitor the property for any hot spots before entering the premises to begin investigations.

ACT Fire & Rescue believe the point of origin of a residential fire tonight in Calwell, was in an attached car port to the four bedroom property.
One motor vehicle was destroyed in the blaze.Two adults and two children were home at the time of the fire, and were able to safely evacuate after being alerted to the fire by smoke alarms.
Multiple Emergency Triple Zero (calls) were received, the initial call taken at 08:27pm.
Firefighters estimate the damaged caused to the home to exceed $400,000.
Investigations into the cause of the fire will continue through out the night.
