Darla and Blossom have finally opened their retail store, at Unit 9, 7 O’Hanlon Place, Gold Creek Square, Nicholls, ACT.
‘Yes, no longer content with being online only, we longed for a little place to call our own, where our friends can find us and gorgeous ladies of all sizes and shapes can try on some of our glorious goodies’ said Blossom Darling when I popped in to see the store for myself.
They are not just selling gorgeous vintage inspired pieces they are purveying an experience, and it’s one that leaves you feeling fabulous, no matter what size or shape.
Stocking sizes from 6 to 34 the sisters are determined that their shop will be a place where one basic truth is realised in every way: ‘You Are Wonderful Just as You Are’.
‘Our challenge is to find something for you that you will love. Your job is just to come and have a nice time and feel justifiably good about yourself. The frocks’ job is to fit, and they do their best,’ said Darla.
The store really has to be experienced for one’s self, with a gorgeous Boudoir, perfectly kitted out for trying on their great range of dresses, lingerie and swimwear, with the Darlings always close at hand to assist with you transformation into a vintage glamour. They really thought of everything with a ‘Chap’s Corner’ especially for the guys, where they can sit, relax with a cuppa and a book, while you wait.
With the ever increasing drought of good customer service providing us with no good reason to stop shopping online, the experience you will have with the Darlings is a breath of fresh air, and one that leaves you feeling ‘wonderful just as you are’.
