Canberra Libs celebrate all that they have achieved - No Really!

The Canberra Liberals have put up a rather peculiar, and hilariously titled media release.

ACT LIBERALS GATHER TO CELEBRATE ACHIEVEMENTS

More peculiar than the title of the release, however, is the lack of attribution on the release, ascribed to the amorphous “Canberra Liberals”.

My understanding is that this event was meant to launch the Liberal slush fund, the Burley Griffin Forum. But no mention was made of it here and the PM’s media alerts also left out that detail. Was there a change of heart or are they just keeping it quiet?

no, not on her style of governance, you claimed that KC was hot, how hot compared to NS-D ?

Stott Despoya is a goody goody. Does nothing, can’t make important decisions to save her life, I guess she has never been in that position. Maybe she should run for a local government so that she too gets the chance to bungle such issues as risk assessment relating to large projects effecting the closer community.

0 out of ten actually. But not according to Jim Murphey. But he is a wine taster, and wine tasters are wankers.

How does she rate on the Stott-Despoya scale ?

Bring back Kate Carnell. She was hot, I heard she sponsored a poor child in Africa also. Such fine morals.

Ah, fair enough…tired journalists and certain publications rejoice!

Sam, it’s just convention so that all those journalists out there know where the off-the-record bit starts so they don’t publish the send this article to a friend part by accident.

Hmmm, doesn’t mention any achievments…and why do all their media releases need to say “end” at the end? Has anybody ever actually thought the “send this article to a friend” form was part of the press release?
