Heavens to Betsy, don’t whinge, take action! 🙂 Melbourne does have a mens league, and I’m always hearing from men in Canberra who want to play. CRDL was started by a handful of inspired women only a year and a half ago. Godot, if you’re truly keen contact MMRDL and CRDL to get some info from them. Its all DIY Gordot not ‘do it someonelse’.

One question – when is the men’s competition starting up? What’s that? There isn’t one? I suppose it’s alright in these politically correct times to have a women-only sport, but God forbid anybody who might try to start a men-only sport. Oh, heavens to betsy, we can’t have that!

Back on topic – I’m insanely excited by this, the roller derby matches have provided some unmatched entertainment. As well as the matches themselves (which are remarkably absorbing), the half-time entertainment and crowd-watching are awesome.

If anything, you guys should be charging more – everyone I know would gladly pay at least double the asking price.

There is a Men’s league starting in Melbourne or so I hear. I think the tricky part would be finding enough guys that are interested in doing it.

If you want it, you go start it.
