Canberra’s Bachelor Of The Year 2010?

By johnboy - 19 July 2010 23

Mark Parton’s former campaign manager, Danielle Neale (nee Luton), and WIN News reporter/personality Erin Molan are inseparable features of Kingston nightlife.

They’re now using facebook to run Canberra’s Bachelor Of The Year 2010.

Apparently at some unspecified point in the future they’ll be running a charity event (charity also unspecified) with the ten nominees they fancy the most.

UPDATE: Erin has been in touch with the following:

Hi John. It will raise money for the act Eden monaro support group- their letter of authority is on the page. There will be a judging panel- that I won’t be a part of. The sole purpose of the event is to do something different and fun and raise money for an incredible charity.

What’s Your opinion?

Is EPM2929 Erin Molan by any chance? Or is the EM a coincidence?

My first thoughts also!

If it is Erin- good on you for using your profile and putting on a charitable event! Bring on the hotties!

How sad that the focus on a charity event that ill people will really benefit from is hijacked by people who clearly do not know Danielle Neale or Erin Molan as people. Comparing these two women with Charmyne Palavi is ridiculous. Danielle Neale walked the Kokoda Track for charity, is a highly skilled and respected business woman and makes a positive contribution to the the Canberra community. Erin is often gives her time to MC charity events for free. This great cause puts a bit of fun and colour into the Canberra social scene and deserves your support not your criticism.

I think there should be a father of the year award as well, so i could have a shot, may be with Erins help it could be a goer as well to raise funds for bowel cancer australia. See what happens. I’ll see how it goes helping out with the Bachelor of the year award for Canberra and go from there.

I would enter if I actually had a chance winning, and if the prize was Erin Molan. Sadly, there is no chance of either happening.

Mully wasn’t a serious bachelor though, at 23 he already had 3 young children and a new partner.

When does Spinster of the Year start?

“inseparable features of Kingston nightlife”
Is that a euphemism?

+1 for Mully.

The shallowness of this endeavour is custom built for “His Mulliness”, long may he bless us with his Supreme Boganocity.

Oh dear! Someone has already created a page suggesting Mully be awarded this honour posthumously.

You can tell Erin Molan who you think should win or join Mully’s page.

I personally haven’t decided who to vote for. It’s not quite Australian of the Year but it comes with a prize pack, publicity and the ability to meet the peroxide cougars of Kingston who might just be your perfect match! Do any of you fantastic wonder men possibly deserve all that?

Oh how original…. Checked it out said charity is the Eden monaro Canberra society, this event should be one not to miss especially since its being brought to us by our very own Charmyne Palavi’s in the making.
